At TKM Foundation, we believe in empowering underprivileged girls with access to education. Our scholarships provide full financial support to help deserving young women pursue their dreams of higher education at federal institutions. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for a TKM Foundation scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be from a low-income or indigent background.
- Hold an admission letter to a federal university.
- Submit an application letter along with supporting documents that demonstrate financial need.
- Provide references from credible sources.
- Must not be a beneficiary of another academic grant at the time of application.
- Must demonstrate continued indigent status.
- Submit transcripts showing a GPA of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, or 3.0 or above on a 5.0 scale.
- Must not be a beneficiary of another academic grant while applying for renewal.
All applications must be submitted through our online application portal. Here’s how to get started:
Prepare Your Documents
- Application letter explaining your background and need for the scholarship.
- Admission letter from a federal institution.
- Supporting documents (e.g., proof of financial need, references, transcripts for renewal applicants).
Complete the Application Form
Visit our Application Portal to fill out the online form. Be sure to upload all required documents.Submit Your Application
Once your form is complete and all documents are attached, submit your application through the portal. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is received.

TKM Foundation accepts applications three times a year. Application months would be announced soon. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates on application deadlines and new announcements.
Scholarship Renewal for Returning Applicants
While the goal of the TKM Scholarship is to fund indigent Nigerian girls to any federal university of their choosing, covering tuition, academic resources and accommodation fees for the entire period of their course duration, every year, beneficiaries are required to renew their application to ensure that they remain worthy of these scholarships.
Returning applicants alone would have access to a separate application portal where information about their current academic performance and indigent status would need to be verified before renewal of the scholarship.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our scholarships cover tuition fees, accommodation, textbooks, and other essential academic resources. In addition, we provide food, hygiene products, and other basic necessities to ensure that beneficiaries can focus on their studies.
No, applicants who are currently receiving another academic grant are not eligible to apply for the TKM scholarship.

Yes, as long as you continue to meet the eligibility criteria, including maintaining the minimum GPA and demonstrating financial need, you can apply to renew your scholarship each year.
